But why don't you guys ever have MTN 1500 in stock ?
Well,
We shall be stocking MTN1500 in the future. Its inavailability is not totally our fault. Some denom of MTN airtime are not available as e-vouchers at the moment.
Why does it take your firm time to deliver 1500 even after someone buys it for his relatives back home over their in Nigeria.Pls try and be sending them pins when we make purchases okay.
There is hardly any transaction that isn't delivered after a successful purchase has been undertaken. Even as we experience technical challenges on very few occassions, we ensure that failed transactions can be re-querried through the 'Purchase History' section of the website.
It is noteworthy that SMS delivery can either be delayed or fail permanently to some GSM networks. When purchase is made on behalf of a third party, ensure that you forward the delivery email you receive (as the direct buyer) in your inbox to the intended recepient's email. We can not deliver pins to a third party email if such is purchased by a customer oitside of Nigeria. This provission is available only by SMS which rarely fail. By default, your pins are delivered to your (buyer) email box immediately transaction is validated!
